How do manufactured homes compare to traditional built housing?

Manufactured homes are built entirely in our factory under federal code administered by the Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD). Regulations include: design & construction, strength & durability, transportability, fire resistance, energy efficiency & quality. Manufactured homes are built on a chassis and delivered to a manufactured home community, or they can be installed on your private property.

Do you have rental homes available at Pikewood Manor?

Yes, we have rental homes available. They range in size from a 12'x60', 2 bedrooms, 1 bath to a 24'x 60' with 3 bedrooms and 2 baths. The homes come with appliances furnished: stove, refrigerator, washer and dryer. They are heated with natural gas and are equipped with Central Air. Each home offers a 12'x 35' Silvertop carport awning large enough to accommodate 2 cars, a Silvertop patio awning and a 5'x10' Silvertop patio partner (storage shed).

We require a security deposit equal to the first month's rent.

Park Application is required. Fee: $25.00 Per Person Age 18 & Older

Do you allow pets at Pikewood Manor?

Yes, you are allowed to have one (1) pet under thirty (30#) pounds, as long as your home is located in a pet area of our community.
