Pikewood Manor is located on the north side of Elyria, Ohio, just off of Route 57 at Exit 145 of the Ohio Turnpike (I-80). From our location you can connect to I-90 and be in Cleveland in less than a half hour, or go shopping across the street at the Midway Mall. You can also take the turnpike to nearby I-480 for additional shopping and restaurants. The Cleveland International Airport is just 20 minutes away.

The community was started in 1960 as an integrated community with a single thought in mind - that of serving those who have reached the golden years of life or young people with families. We offer the ultimate in manufactured home living.

We are located on approximately 125 acres of land with over 400 sites with spacious yards, underground utilities, an 11 acre lake (well stocked with fish), a recreation clubhouse building, playground, basketball court, swimming pool, and much more!

Our winding streets are all paved, and underground utilities are installed to add to the beauty of the community. Each home has an outdoor lamp post light at the walkway, as well as off-street parking with a private carport, patio area, storage shed, and individual mailbox service at the curb. There are areas in the community that are pet free and areas designated for one small pet (less than 30 pounds) per family.
